I have been licensed since 2004 and have seen many industry changes but none more challenging than the current situation. Being able to effectively represent Buyers and Sellers in this market takes an understanding of the market and good communication with your client(s). Aligning myself with industry professionals, acquired over the years, who know what it means to "work for the client" will make the whole process enjoyable. Continued growth is paramount and I have matured from not only an Agent but to an investor, purchasing real estate and rehabbing properties. So, if it's time for a move, you're ready to invest, refinance, I am ready to work with you to achieve your goals.
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. St. Jude Children's Hospital, Susan G. Komen, Children's Miracle Network, Little League & Mercy Ships are all organizations that I donate to personally.

HIGHLIGHTS:
I had the distinct pleasure of working with the HGTV Show, Property Virgins (2009) & Sandra Rinomato. What an experience for me personally. Another learning experience, discussing marketing strategies & market conditions not only locally but countrywide.
In addition, I have also worked (hired) directly with DIY TV General Contractor John Paul from Stone House Revival. He has provided invaluable insight while remodeling multiple projects that Broken Houses, L.L.C. has undertaken in recent years. He has proven to be an excellent resource of new products coming to the market & someone I can discuss ideas with to produce the type of end project Broken Houses LLC is proud to offer to the market. He has been a great partner & I have thoroughly enjoyed working with him and am excited about the future.

Broken Houses, L.L.C. uses responsible GREEN BUILDING practices when renovating our projects. Products used in past projects include, reflective asphalt shingles for roofing, reflective LOW-E house wrap, LED lighting in both indoor & outdoor applications, Mercier hardwood flooring because they use vegetable oil to seal their hardwood flooring, the use of cork & bamboo flooring (sustainable options), Timber Tech decking due to their post consumer waste, ENERGY STAR appliances, doors & windows, water sense toilets & fixtures throughout, we take oil out & use gas or heat pumps for heating & cooling & use architecturally salvaged sinks, hairpin fencing & barn board in appropriate places that are both functional & compliment the renovation. Lastly, we recycle all the metal in the house & donate those proceeds to certain local charities.
